From the 27th till the 30th of September, 2011 Svay will take part in the 14th International Exhibition PIR-2011. The ’PIR Hospitality Industry’ trade fair is the main exhibition project in the HoReCa segment in Russia and in the countries of CIS.
Each year PIR becomes a meeting place for restaurateurs, chefs, suppliers, investors and all those willing to keep up with the latest trends of the hotel and catering business. It offers unique opportunities for searching new clients, meeting business contacts, showing your capacity in the market and getting to know leading industrial trends.
The program during all four days is rather heavy and includes conferences, business-seminars, master classes, chefs and confectioners competitions, business consultations and presentations of the companies. You can hardly ever get the whole round of knowledge in such a short period anywhere else.
